Due to the perishable nature of food items, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, we understand that issues may occur, and we will accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or broken upon delivery
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item is expired or not fit for consumption
  • Package is tampered or open at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Photos/videos must be shared as proof

💸 Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable or out of stock
  • Order was cancelled before dispatch
  • A genuine complaint is validated by our support team

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking)
  • Within 7–10 working days after approval

📦 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before the product is dispatched.


❌ No Refunds/Returns in These Cases:

  • Change of mind after product dispatch
  • Minor taste preferences or appearance
  • Delayed delivery due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control
  • Items returned without proper reason or without prior communication
